I have loved baking since my first holly hobby oven and my Mom Nella has always made the most amazing treats.

We both have wheat allergies and I am a longtime vegan, we love cupcakes and we wanted gourmet options!

All Vegan and Gluten Free baked goods are sweetened with either, Maple syrup, Agave, Sucanat or Turbinado and Organic (Vegan) Confectioners sugar.
We use the finest quality ingredients in all of our products.

Non-Gluten Free options in those flavors are available upon request as well as special order Gluten Egg Nut and Dairy Free Cakes.
